Refund Policy

TMP Little Scientist Academy values transparency and ensures that our participants and parents understand the refund terms for Olympiads, workshops, events, and academy program fees.

1. General Refund Terms

• All fees paid for events, Olympiads, workshops, and academy programs are non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations, withdrawal from events, or non-participation after registration.

2. Duplicate or Double Payments

• A refund will be issued only in the case of a duplicate/double payment made for the same registration.
• Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method used for the transaction.
• The refund process will take approximately 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe a duplicate payment has been made, please contact us with the following details:

• Registered participant’s name
• Event/Program name
• Transaction ID or payment receipt
• Date and amount of payment
