At TMP Little Scientist Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational programs and events. This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies specifically to registrations and payments made for our Olympiads, workshops, events, and academy fees.

1. Cancellation Policy
  • Once a registration is completed for any event, Olympiad, or academy program, cancellations are not permitted.
  • All fees paid (registration fees, event fees, or academy program fees) are non-refundable.
  • We encourage parents/guardians to review all event details carefully before completing payment.
2. Refund Policy
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations or non-participation in any event or program.
  • A refund will only be provided in the case of a duplicate or double payment for the same registration.
  • Any eligible refund will be made to the same account or payment method used for the transaction.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
