1. Cancellation Policy
- Once a registration is completed for any event, Olympiad, or academy program, cancellations are not permitted.
- All fees paid (registration fees, event fees, or academy program fees) are non-refundable.
- We encourage parents/guardians to review all event details carefully before completing payment.
2. Refund Policy
- No refund will be issued for cancellations or non-participation in any event or program.
- A refund will only be provided in the case of a duplicate or double payment for the same registration.
- Any eligible refund will be made to the same account or payment method used for the transaction.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
